Boom Castle runs 100,000 games a day. Every feature, every economy tweak, every A/B test generates data that either drives a decision or gets ignored. Your job: make sure nothing useful gets ignored. You’ll own analytics end-to-end – from instrumentation to recommendation – working closely with product, game design, and marketing. Eventually, you’ll build the data team around you.
What you’ll do:
- Own data analytics for Boom Castle – business, product, game economy, and monetisation
- Design and evaluate A/B tests on features, economy mechanics, and monetisation levers
- Analyse player behaviour, retention, and spend to inform product and design decisions
- Work with game design, development, and marketing as a collaborator, not a service desk
- Ensure data integrity across pipelines so decisions are built on trustworthy numbers
- Later: hire and lead the data team you’ll shape from scratch
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years in data analytics – games or mobile apps experience is a strong plus
- Fluent in BigQuery, SQL, and at least one BI tool
- Experience running A/B tests, building forecasts, and presenting findings that change decisions
- Methodical about data quality – a broken source makes the insight worthless
- Clear communicator: your reports get read, not archived
- Based in Brno, or ready to relocate
